The rock lateral constraint expansion testing instrument features a direct-reading dial gauge structure, suitable for testing the axial displacement changes under lateral constraint conditions in various rock expansion tests. It is equipped with a permeable plate, dial gauge, and other testing devices.
The rock free expansion rate testing instrument is suitable for rocks that are not easily disintegrated when encountering water. This testing instrument features a digital readout dial gauge layout, applicable for various rock expansion tests in an unconfined environment, allowing for testing of displacement changes in all directions. It is equipped with a permeable plate, dial gauge, and other testing devices.
The rock expansion pressure testing instrument features a digital display and manually rotates the screw to apply pressure. It is suitable for expansion pressure tests under constant volume conditions in various types of rock expansion tests, and is equipped with a permeable plate, a dial gauge, and other testing devices.
This instrument is a combination product made up of various components. It can perform rock mechanics property tests as well as new types of soil mechanics property tests. The rock direct shear apparatus is developed according to the national industry standards (SLT264-2020) "Test Procedures for Rocks in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering" and (JTG E41-2005) "Test Procedures for Rocks in Highway Engineering." This instrument uses a flat pushing method and is mainly suitable for direct shear tests of rock blocks, structural surfaces (such as joint surfaces, layer surfaces, fissure surfaces, etc.), and the contact surfaces (bonding surfaces) between concrete (or mortar) and rock, as well as shear strength tests of the bonding surfaces between concrete and other materials or overall shear strength tests. The machine has a simple structure, is lightweight, intuitive, easy to maintain, can be used in the field, and provides digital display of test data that is accurate and reliable.
The instrument is suitable for determining the elastic modulus of various types of rocks under static compressive stress (referred to as elastic modulus). The elastic modulus measurement experiment is an essential component of rock mechanics experiments related to mining disciplines.
The point load strength test is an indicator for rock materials, which can determine the point load strength of the sample as well as the anisotropy of the strength index, that is, the ratio of the maximum to the minimum values of different point load strengths.
The rock disintegration resistance testing instrument is mainly used to determine the durable disintegration index of rocks. It can test the durability of rocks against disintegration after being affected by climatic conditions, specifically due to the alternation of dry and wet conditions. This device features a motor fixed to the base plate that rotates two drum-shaped sample boxes at a speed of 20 revolutions per minute. The drum-shaped sample boxes are mounted on bearings coated with lubricating oil, allowing them to rotate without resistance. The drum-shaped sample boxes are made of corrosion-resistant materials and are equipped with two water tanks. It is widely applicable in universities, research institutes, testing centers, etc., for determining clay-type rocks and weathered rocks.
Applicable to coal and rock that can be made into standard specimens. A radial compressive line load is applied to solid cylindrical specimens until failure, to determine the maximum tensile stress of the specimens.
The rock boiling water bath is produced according to the rock saturation water absorption boiling regulations in the highway engineering rock testing specifications (JTGE41-2005) and the hydropower engineering rock testing specifications (DLT-2368-2015).
