This instrument is designed and manufactured according to JTJ059-95 "Field Testing Specifications for Highway Subgrade and Pavement" and is suitable for measuring the field CBR value of various soil base materials on highways.
This instrument is suitable for measuring the elastic deflection value of the pavement under static loading or very slow speed loading, and can effectively reflect the overall strength of the road.
The plate load tester is suitable for testing the foundation coefficients of coarse and fine-grained soils, as well as the subgrade and base layers after soil compaction. It can also be used to calculate the deformation modulus of uniform foundation soils.
This instrument complies with JTG E60-2019 "Field Testing Specifications for Highway Subgrade and Pavement" and is used to measure the surface texture depth of asphalt pavements and un-grooved cement concrete pavements, in order to assess the skid resistance of the pavement. The principle is to spread a known volume of dry sand with a specified particle size into a circular area on the pavement surface. The pavement texture depth is defined as the ratio of the volume of sand to the average area of the surface covered, measured in millimeters.
Sand funnel capacity: approximately 70 milliliters; the width of the lower opening of the sand funnel is about 3 millimeters; the size of the sand strip is approximately 55 millimeters wide and 4 millimeters thick.
This instrument is suitable for measuring the lever pressure of fine-grained soil or graded aggregate specimens with a particle size of 20 mm or less in indoor conditions.
The pavement cross-section gauge is used to measure the ruts in asphalt pavements, which is utilized for assessing the condition of the pavement and calculating the workload for maintenance.
This instrument is suitable for measuring the corresponding rebound deformation values of the soil foundation at each load level by gradually applying and removing loads through a bearing plate on the surface of the soil foundation. The rebound modulus of the soil foundation is obtained through calculations. This instrument complies with JTJ059-95 "Field Testing Regulations for Highway Subgrade and Pavement."
