Product Description

The Rock Disintegration Resistance Tester is an experimental instrument primarily used to determine the durability disintegration index of rocks. It assesses the ability of rocks to withstand disintegration under repeated wet-and-dry cycles caused by climatic factors. The equipment operates by utilizing a motor fixed to the base plate, which rotates two drum-shaped specimen chambers at a speed of 20 revolutions per minute. These drum-shaped chambers are mounted on lubricated bearings, ensuring smooth rotation without any resistance. Made from corrosion-resistant materials, the drum-shaped chambers are equipped with two water tanks. This device is widely applicable in universities, research institutes, testing centers, and other institutions for evaluating the durability of clayey rocks and weathered rock samples.
