Features

This point load testing device adopts a portable and lightweight structure, with a precision guiding device on the upper part to ensure that the upper and lower pressure heads do not deviate during the test. It uses a pointed and fragmented loading method, so the pressure required to break the rock is lower than that of conventional pressure machines; moreover, the sample does not need to be processed into regular specimens, making it suitable for on-site measurements and convenient for determining low-strength rocks. The loading is done using a hydraulic jack, and a dual-pointer pressure gauge displays the test force value (the digital point load device uses precision pressure sensors and measuring instruments for readings), allowing for quick determination of the rock's tensile and compressive strength. This is a simple scientific testing tool with the advantages of convenience, economy, and speed, suitable for rock mechanics property tests in coal mines, geology, hydraulic engineering, transportation, construction, and other projects.
