LHLC-5 Type Centrifugal Rapid Extractor for Asphalt Mixture

This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in the industry standard JTJ 052-2000 "Test Methods for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" of the People's Republic of China, specifically T 0722-1993 "Test for Asphalt Content in Asphalt Mixtures (Centrifuge Method)". It uses the centrifuge method to determine the asphalt content (or oil-stone ratio) in asphalt mixtures made with viscous petroleum asphalt, suitable for on-site rapid testing for construction supervision in road engineering, asphalt mixture production manufacturers, and construction units.

LHXM-85 Type Asphalt Rotating Thin Film Oven

The Asphalt Rotating Film Oven (referred to as the 85 Oven) is designed and manufactured according to the industry standard of the People's Republic of China JTG E20-2011 "Test Methods for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" under T 0610-2011 "Asphalt Rotating Film Heating Test". It is suitable for determining the mass loss of road petroleum asphalt after rotating film heating. Additionally, it can measure the changes in properties such as the penetration, viscosity, ductility, and brittleness of the residual asphalt after rotating film heating, in order to evaluate the aging performance of the asphalt.

This instrument can quickly, accurately, safely, and reliably determine the asphalt content, making it suitable for measuring the asphalt content in asphalt mixtures as well as for the screening analysis of burned asphalt mixtures. It is an ideal instrument for various units involved in the production, research, and use of asphalt mixtures to test asphalt content.
