Purpose

This instrument is designed for testing the thermal conductivity of materials such as refractory insulation, ceramic fibers, felts, textiles, boards, and bricks at various temperatures. When equipped with an additional frame, it can also measure powdered materials. It is widely used in material analysis and testing across universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments, and manufacturing plants.

Multi-layer testing capability: The instrument supports multi-layer testing, and each additional layer requires an extra test thermocouple (thermocouple costs beyond the standard configuration will be charged separately).

Instrument Configuration: Includes one TCDR-3A-1000 test host, one set of software, one set of communication interface and data cable, one set of testing thermocouples (for three-layer testing purposes), and one roll of rubber water hose. The purchaser shall provide their own computer. If a constant-temperature water bath is required as an optional accessory, additional charges will apply.
