Purpose
This instrument employs the internationally recognized heat flux method for measuring thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, coupled with a computer system to achieve fully automated testing and generate experimental reports. It is ideally suited for evaluating the thermal performance of low-conductivity materials such as concrete, insulation materials, and refractory materials. Additionally, when equipped with a dedicated sample holder, it can also be used for testing powdered materials. The instrument finds extensive application in universities, research institutions, quality inspection agencies, and industrial enterprises.

Thermal conductivity range and accuracy: 0.0010–3.0000 W/m·K, with display resolution to four decimal places; 220V power supply

Sample size: 00 × 300 (mm), with a thickness not exceeding 10–50 mm. Custom sizes are available upon request.
Test Material Scope: Solid and powdered materials can be tested.
Hot Surface Temperature and Control: Room Temperature to 100°C (Standard Configuration), Plate Heater with Bidirectional Thyristor Control, Temperature Control Accuracy of 0.1°C
Cold-Plate Temperature Control: 5–90°C (standard configuration). The cold plate is cooled by water circulation to maintain stable temperature (equipped with a precision thermostatic water bath, temperature adjustable), achieving temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C.
Clamping Method: Precise Computer-Controlled Pressure Clamping
