Product Description

Purpose

This testing instrument enhances overall measurement accuracy by artificially creating a temperature difference across the specimen through precise control of the temperature within the thermal chamber, under relatively stable conditions. The instrument is suitable for both on-site and laboratory testing of the thermal transmittance coefficient of building envelope components. It achieves this by measuring the heat flux density on the specimen's surface and calculating the temperature difference between its inner and outer surfaces, ultimately determining the thermal resistance value and subsequently deriving the thermal transmittance coefficient.

Measurement accuracy: 0.25℃

2. Heat flux density: Measurement range: 0 to ±15 mV

Resolution: 0.001 mV

The heat flux value is determined by the optional heat flux meter.

3. The control box automatically records data, and the sampling time is adjustable.

4. The wireless temperature acquisition module for exterior walls communicates wirelessly with the control box, with a maximum communication distance of 150 meters indoors or 300 meters in open areas.

5. Powered by AC 220V, with a power rating of 1000W. Equipped with proper grounding.

6. Dimensions of the hot box equipment: Length × Width × Height (mm) = 1320 × 1320 × 300 mm.
