Purpose

The JCT800 coating thickness gauge can be used for measuring the thickness of electroplated layers, paint coatings, enamel layers, aluminum tiles, copper tiles, Babbitt alloy tiles, and phosphating layers, as well as paper. It is also suitable for assessing the thickness of hull coatings and adhering substances on underwater structures. This instrument finds extensive applications in various inspection fields, including manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industries, and commercial quality control.

Measurement range: (0–1250) μm (F1 and N1 probes). The F400 probe is capable of inspecting small workpieces, while the F10 probe can reach up to 10 mm.
