Purpose

A digital viscometer is an intelligent instrument designed for measuring liquid viscosity. Under computer program control, it automatically completes the viscosity measurement process, with results displayed on a screen. This instrument utilizes the MCS-51 series microcontroller to precisely regulate the speed of a stepper motor, managing the entire measurement procedure. This advanced design not only enables continuous and adjustable rotational speeds but also significantly enhances the instrument's accuracy. As a result, the device features a compact structure, stable operation, high measurement precision, and excellent anti-interference performance. It is ideally suited for determining both the viscous resistance and absolute viscosity of liquids, making it widely applicable in industries such as oils, paints, food products, pharmaceuticals, adhesives, cosmetics, as well as in research institutions.
