Purpose

The RP-920B glass bead vibrating sieve machine is designed for determining the particle size distribution of glass beads. The machine primarily consists of a base, sieve assemblies, and a transmission mechanism. The vibrating screen can be equipped with specialized fixtures, allowing it to securely hold both Φ200 test sieves as well as Φ75 and Φ100 nested sieves. This setup ensures convenient and flexible installation, reliable clamping, and automatic shutdown functionality. Standard accessories include a set of eight test sieves with mesh sizes of 1400μm, 850μm, 600μm, 300μm, 212μm, 150μm, 106μm, and 90μm.
