Purpose

The ceramic tile glaze anti-cracking autoclave is an instrument designed to assess the resistance of glazed ceramic tiles to glaze cracking. This equipment is also suitable for other tests conducted under working pressures ranging from 0 to 1.0 MPa. The device features a simple structure, high precision in pressure control, noise-free operation, and reliable performance. To use the equipment, operators only need to connect it to the power supply and press the "Test" button—no further adjustments or monitoring are required. Pressure increase and holding phases are automatically completed according to the programmed sequence.
