The asphalt mixture splitting performance testing machine is driven by a stepper motor reducer, equipped with corresponding fixtures and a data acquisition control system, which can detect the splitting test of asphalt mixtures. This system consists of the main machine, corresponding fixtures, X-Y data acquisition part, microcomputer data acquisition processing system, etc. After the specimen is clamped, the control can achieve automation of the entire testing process. It is a domestically innovative multifunctional testing device for the mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures, and it also has the function of a low-temperature test chamber, making it an essential device for the new quality inspection agency upgrade by the Ministry of Transport.
