Product Description

Purpose

The Asphalt Mixture Splitting Performance Testing Machine is driven by a stepper motor reducer and equipped with corresponding fixtures as well as a data acquisition and control system, enabling the detection of asphalt mixture splitting tests. The system consists of a main unit with associated fixtures, an X-Y data acquisition module, and a microcomputer-based data collection and processing system. Once the specimen is securely clamped, the entire testing process can be fully automated through precise control. This machine represents China's first domestically developed multifunctional equipment for testing the mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures. Additionally, it features an integrated low-temperature test chamber, making it an essential piece of equipment for upgrading quality testing facilities at new institutions accredited by the Ministry of Transport.
