Technical Parameters

2. Distillation flask: Made of hard glass, heat-resistant above 500℃, flask body diameter

The diameter is φ69mm±1mm, the neck of the flask has a diameter of φ16mm±1mm, and the angle between the branch pipe and the flask neck is 75°±3.

3. Thermometer: -2℃~400℃, scale 1℃, meets the national standard GB/T514 requirements.

4. Condensation tank: Made of stainless steel, length 180mm x width 100mm x height 150mm

The condensation tube is made of φ16mm×1mm brass pipe, featuring a smooth inner surface and inclined at an angle of 15° to the horizontal plane. The length of the condensation tube, measured from the lower part of the outer surface, is 555mm±3mm. The outlet is arc-shaped, and the height of the outlet joint is at least 10mm higher than the upper end of the condensation tube to ensure effective cooling.
1. Heating adjustment: Composed of heating device, silicon-controlled temperature regulation circuit, and control panel. The heating device consists of an electric furnace, with a power of 1000W/220V, and the heating rate is continuously adjustable.
6. Graduated cylinder and pressure weight: The graduated cylinder comes in two sizes: 10 milliliters and 100 milliliters. The pressure weight is made of carbon steel,

with an outer coating of Cu., Ni, Cr that is rust-resistant in water, pressing on the base of the graduated cylinder, sufficient to prevent a 100 milliliter empty graduated cylinder from floating in the water of the glass tank.
