Purpose

For determining the distillation composition of liquid fuels, solvent oils, and light petroleum products.

Technical Specifications

2. Distillation flask: Made of hard glass, resistant to temperatures exceeding 500°C, with a spherical bulb diameter.

For φ69mm ±1mm, the bottle neck has a diameter of φ16mm ±1mm, and the branch tube forms an angle of 75° ±3° with the bottle neck.

3. Thermometer: -2°C to 400°C, with a graduation of 1°C, compliant with the national standard GB/T514 requirements.

4. Condensation Tank: Made of stainless steel, measuring 180 mm in length × 100 mm in width × 150 mm in height

The condenser tube is precision-made from φ16mm × 1mm brass tubing with a smooth inner surface. It is positioned at a 15° angle relative to the horizontal plane. When measured from the lower part of the outer surface, the length of the condenser tube shall be 555mm ± 3mm. The outlet end features a rounded design, and the height of the water outlet joint must exceed the upper end of the condenser tube by at least 10mm, ensuring optimal cooling performance.
1. Heating Regulation: Composed of a heating unit, a thyristor-based temperature control circuit, and a control panel. The heating unit consists of an electric furnace with a power rating of 1000 W at 220 V, offering continuously adjustable heating rates for precise temperature control.
6. Graduated Cylinders and Weights: The graduated cylinders are available in two sizes—10 mL and 100 mL. The weights are made of carbon steel.

The outer coating of Cu, Ni, and Cr ensures corrosion resistance in water. When pressed onto the base of the graduated cylinder, it is sufficient to prevent the 100-mL empty cylinder from floating up when submerged in the water within the glass tank.
