Applicable for determining the floating degree of slow-setting liquid petroleum asphalt, distillation residues, coal tar, and other materials.

The floating degree test instrument for asphalt measures the time required for the sample to soften and be broken by water in the specified floating instrument after being placed in a water tank with a certain temperature.

The test temperature for liquid petroleum asphalt distillation residues is 50℃, and for coal tar, it is 32℃ or 50℃ unless otherwise specified.

This instrument is designed with dual water tanks, with dual control for low and high temperature tanks. It allows for pre-setting of maintenance and test temperatures, making operation convenient and saving time.
