Applications: This method specifies the test methods for the performance of concrete in the extruded side walls and the design methods for the mix ratio of extruded side wall concrete. This standard is used for the quality inspection and scientific testing of extruded side wall concrete in hydraulic and hydropower engineering concrete panel rock-fill dams.

Technical Parameters:

Instrument and equipment: The pressure machine or material testing machine should have a precision of level 1, with a range suitable for 300KN-600KN. The expected failure load should be between 20%-80% of the full range of the testing machine, and the distance between the upper and lower plates should not be less than 30 cm.
2. Steel test mold: 150*150*150. The inner wall of the test mold should be coated with a thin layer of mineral oil or release agent.
3. The effective height of the steel mold sleeve is 100mm, and the cross-sectional Size is the same as the steel test mold, 150*150mm.
