The SYS-type digital display liquid plastic limit combined tester is used for the combined determination of the liquid limit and plastic limit of cohesive soil with a particle size of less than 0.5mm, which refers to the maximum and minimum water content of cohesive soil in a plastic state. This provides parameters for classifying soil types, calculating natural consistency, and plasticity index for engineering purposes.

The instrument uses digital technology and digital displacement sensors; the cone falls freely into the soil sample, with electromagnetic manual and automatic control for the cone's suction and release, automatic timing of 5 seconds, and a buzzer alarm when the time is up. It is convenient to use, easy to operate, standardized, and provides accurate and intuitive readings without the influence of other additional forces.
