Overview
This vacuum device is suitable for testing the water absorption rate of building sanitary ceramics and other materials. The vacuum device complies with Q/JYY005—2003 "CXK Type Ceramic Vacuum Water Absorption Device" and meets the requirements for vacuum methods in testing equipment as specified in GB/T3810.3—2016 "Test Methods for Ceramic Tiles—Part 3: Determination of Water Absorption, Apparent Porosity, Apparent Relative Density, and Bulk Density", ISO10545-3:1995 "Ceramic Tiles—Part 3: Determination of Water Absorption, Apparent Porosity, Apparent Relative Density, and Bulk Density", TOCT13449—82, and other testing methods.

The system vacuum can be continuously adjusted within the range of (standard atmospheric pressure to 10KPa).
The time taken to reach a vacuum of 10kPa is no more than 1 minute.
