Purpose
The asphalt rotating film oven (referred to as the 85 oven) is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in the industry standard JTG E20-2011 "Test Methods for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" of the People's Republic of China, specifically T 0610-2011 "Asphalt Rotating Film Heating Test". It is suitable for determining the mass loss of road petroleum asphalt after rotating film heating. Additionally, it measures the changes in properties such as penetration, viscosity, ductility, and brittleness of the residual asphalt after rotating film heating, in order to evaluate the aging performance of the asphalt.
